Sprout Pediatrics is a leading multi-discipline pediatric rehab service provider in the midlands of South Carolina. Our mission is to enable and equip children and their families to reach their maximum rehab potential through exceptional and innovative services
We are a service provider for the South Carolina Babynet system and serve children and families in their natural environment at home as well as in the community with an innovative staff using cutting edge ideas to engage and rehabilitate children ages birth-5 years old.
Our staff has expertise and experience in all areas of pediatric Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy including gross motor, feeding, oral-motor function, language, cognition, special needs wellness and Aquatic Therapy.
Through our partnership with the YMCA of Columbia we are able to complement traditional rehab therapies with aquatics therapy which has demonstrated improved outcomes in this population. Our staff has developed wellness education and screening classes for parents who are concerned about the movement, language or feeding of their child. In partnership with the YMCA our staff develops programs to engage and integrate special needs people into wellness programs.

Company History
Our Company was born out of a clinical history in the school system as well as home health settings by Ray(PT) and Melanie(ST) Coetsee. Learning from these two settings we are convinced that rehab therapy for this age group is best performed at home or in the community to stimulate and help challenged children develop as well as engage parents in a non-clinic setting for improved home program follow up.
